The Order Includes The Following: Works: - Changing The Use Of A Classroom Located On The Ground Floor Of The Building Into A Nursery; - Adapting The Toilet Adjacent To The Above-Mentioned Room To The Needs Of Small Children; - Renovation And Reconstruction Of The Electrical Installation To The Extent Necessary; - Equipping A Stair Platform; - Reconstruction Of External Stairs; - Installation Of A Ramp For The Disabled; - Delivery And Assembly Of Room Equipment Indicated In The Design Documentation. A Detailed Description And Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Documentation Constituting Annex No. 1A To The Swz, For Which Consists Of: Design Documentation (Plot Development Design, Architectural And Construction Design, Technical/Executive Design, Construction Design With Information On Health And Safety, Technical Design (Electrical Industry), Layouts And Visualizations Of Rooms, As Well As, Additionally, The Bill Of Quantities, Which Does Not Constitute The Basis For Determining The Amount Of Remuneration In Connection With The Adoption Of A Lump-Sum Remuneration) And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works.
