It Is The Contractors Responsibility To Carefully Read And Analyze The Documents Attached To The Procedure Constituting Annexes To The Swz, Including The Provisions Of The Contract, With All The Consequences Of Correctly Submitting The Offer. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow Any Claims By The Contractor In This Respect After Concluding An Agreement On The Implementation Of The Task. The Basic Assumptions Of The Work To Be Performed Are Given In The Bill Of Quantities, A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Included In The Technical Documentation Constituting Attachment.
