Tenders Are Invited For Revitalization Of The Square At The Fountain At Ul. Grunwaldzka Together With The Erection Of A Sculpture Of A Steelworker/Glazier In The Square At Ul. Grunwaldzka

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Two Investment Tasks In The Design And Build Formula, Task No. 1 - Entitled: Revitalization Of The Square At The Fountain At Ul. Grunwaldzka And Task No. 2 - Establishment Of A Sculpture Of A Steelworker/Glazier In The Square At Ul. Grunwaldzka. As Part Of The Investment Implementation, The Contractor Will: 1) Develop Complete Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Based On The Functional And Utility Program And Obtain A Formal And Legal Document Authorizing The Work To Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Developed Documentation, As Well As Any Other Administrative Decisions, Arrangements And Opinions Necessary To Complete The Investment Task, As Well As, Among Others, Obtaining Conditions Including Payment Of Connection Fees To The Power Grid And Water And Sewage Networks. 2) Will Perform Construction Works, Based On The Prepared Documentation And Obtained Formal And Legal Documents Enabling The Implementation Of The Two Investment Tasks In Question. 3) Obtains An Occupancy Permit Or A Certificate Of No Grounds For Objection Issued By The Relevant Construction Supervision Authority (If Applicable).2. The Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract Implemented In The Design And Build Formula Was Divided Into Two Parts Of The Implementation, Which Include: 1) Part 1 - Development Of Design Documentation Developed On The Basis Of Functional And Utility Programs And Obtaining The Necessary Decisions And Arrangements Together With A Formal And Legal Document Authorizing The Implementation Of Construction Works, 2) Part 2 - Execution Of Construction Works Based On The Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Prepared By The Contractor, Obtained Formal And Legal Documents Enabling Their Execution, All Other Decisions, Arrangements And Conditions Issued At The Stage Of Developing Design Documentation, Constituting Annexes To The Design Documentation And On The Terms Described In The Contract.3. The Detailed Scope Of Work Was Specified In The Functional And Utility Programs (Ffu) Developed By Pracownia Projektów Modus Mirosław Macioszek, Based At Ul. Szlak 65/1004, 31-153 Kraków, Titled: Revitalization Of The Square On Plot No. 186/2 At Ul. Grunwaldzka In Żary And Titled: Construction Of A Fountain With A Technical Chamber Along With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure In The Square At Ul. Grunwaldzka In Żary, As Well As In The Formal And Legal Documents For The Performance Of The Works Construction, Which The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain On The Basis Of Design Documentation Developed By Him And Approved By The Ordering Party.4. If Trademarks Are Used In The Pfu, It Means That They Are Provided As Examples And Specify Only The Minimum Expected Quality Parameters And The Required Standard. The Contractor May Use Equivalent Materials Or Devices, But With Similar Or Better Technical And Quality Parameters, The Use Of Which Will In No Way Adversely Affect The Proper Functioning Of The Solutions Adopted In
