The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Design Documentation For Street Lighting And The Construction Of 33 New Led Lamps In The City And Commune Of Środa Śląska In The Design And Build Form. Scope Of The Subject Of The Order: The Scope Is To Include The Following Locations: 1. Plot No. 520; Am-2; Precinct 5; Ciechów, Ul. Short – 3 Lamps, Steel Poles (Annex No. 1);2. Gruszkowa/Winogronowa - 10 Lamps, Steel Poles (Annex No. 7) Scope Of The Study: The Scope Of The Study Includes The Construction Of Poles, Routing Of The Luminaire Power Cable, Selection Of Security Measures, Anti-Shock Protection, And Method Of Powering The Lighting Luminaires. The Conceptual Location Of The New Led Lamps Is Presented On The Attached Site Plan (Appendix No. 1, No. 2). Design Assumptions: The Project Assumes The Construction Of 33 New Led Lamps Consisting Of: 6 M Poles With A Concrete Foundation. Suspension Height Of The Luminaires - 7M On The Boom. For Lighting, Led Fixtures With A Luminous Efficiency Of Min. 140 Lm/W, Which Will Be Suspended On Designed Poles. The Yakxs 4X25mm2 Cable With Fezn 25X4mm Tape Will Be Laid At A Minimum Depth Of 0.7M. Interoperability Is Required Through The Use Of Luminaires With Reactive Power Compensation (Compensation In The Luminaire) And Control Sensors According To Zhaga-Di4 Certification, In Order To Ensure Compatibility And Continuity Of Operation Of The Municipal Lighting Control System, Based On A Platform, E.G. Exedra Or A Similar One, But Not Different In Scope And Functionality, With The Possibility Of Integration With Other Systems. An Enec Plus Certificate Is Required For All Used Road Lighting Devices. The Developed Pt Documentation Should Include: • Design Assumptions, • Construction And Executive Design For The Road/Street Lighting Industry, • Cost Part: Investors Cost Estimate And Bill Of Quantities, • Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, • Arrangements, Permits, Decisions And Opinions Of Relevant Authorities Necessary To Obtain A Building Permit, As Well As Conditions For Connection To The Power Grid, Permits To Carry Out Works From The Lower Silesian Voivodeship Provincial Conservator Of Monuments • Provide The Designed Infrastructure In An Electronic Version In Dwg Or Pdf Format • The Final Building Permit Decision Or Notification Of Construction Works Separately For Each L
