Part No. 1. Modernization Of The Heat Source.1.1. Scope Of Work: 1) Modernization Of The Heating System. Individual Heat Sources Will Be Replaced With Ground Heat Pump Heating, Along With The Construction Of New Installations. The Whole Thing Will Be Supported By Photovoltaics With A Capacity Of 10Kw.2) Ground Heat Pump. Ground Heat Pump: Nominal Power 35 Kw, Brine/Water Type.3) Lower Source. 8 Vertical Wells, 90 M Each, Total Length 720 M, Pe100-Rc Probe Pipes Ø40 Mm, Double U, Thermally Conductive Filling (Silica Bentonite), Medium: Propylene Glycol Solution 30%, Spacing Between Wells: Approx. 8 M, In Accordance With Pzt, Each Well With Shut-Off And The Possibility Of Flow Balancing.4) Well Prefabricated Pe Distributor, Dia. 1200 Mm, Depth 1.8 M, Equipped With Manifolds And Balancing Valves. All Work Related To The Lower Source Of The Heat Pump Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Guidelines Of The Manufacturer Of The Pipes Used. The Designed Pipelines Should Run Min. 20-40 Cm Below The Frost Zone, Lay The Run-In Pipelines At A Distance Of Not Less Than 70-80 Cm From Each Other And From Other Pipelines. In Addition, Special Attention Should Be Paid When Filling The Hole Ring To Ensure It Is Complete, Without Defects And Gas Spaces. Fill With Liquid Filling Mass. Purpose Of The Protective Pipe: Pulling In And Running The Cables Supplying The Brine Circuit (A Pair Of Supply And Return Pipes). Central Heating Circuit: Circulation Pumps, Mixing Valves, Weather Automation, Hydraulic Coupling. Protections: Temperature Sensors, Pressure Switches, Flow Meters, Cut-Off Valves. Electrics: Heat Pump Power Supply 400 V, Residual Current Protection, Dedicated Switchboard. Central Heat Pump Controller. Possibility Of Remote Monitoring (Bms/Gsm). 1.2.
