The Temporary Traffic Organization Project Must Provide For Minimizing Difficulties Related To Access And Access From Public Roads To Real Estate, Buildings And Related Facilities, As Well As Maintaining The Flow Of Pedestrian Traffic On Occupied Sections Of District And Municipal Roads.
