The Subject Of The Tender Is The Selection Of A Contractor Who Will Perform Construction Works For The Ordering Party Consisting In The Reconstruction Of A Paved Area With Technical Infrastructure On The Premises Of The Construction School Complex In Zakopane At 8 Krupówki Street (On Plots No. 113/3, 119/1, Precinct 5 Zakopane).2. The Works That Are The Subject Of The Order Consist In Particular In The Execution Of: 1) Preparatory Works; 2) Demolition Of The Mineral-Bituminous Surface And Stairs; 3) Drainage, Storm Sewage, Regulation Of Manholes; 4) Sub-Base, Profiling And Compaction Of The Substrate; 5) Framing And Edges; 6) Cleaning And Sprinkling Of The Sub-Base; 7) Surface Made Of Hardened Stone Cubes; 8) Surface Made Of Mineral-Mix Mixtures Bitumen;9) Ramps For The Disabled;10) Lighting Points Recessed Into The Surface;11) Modernization Of The Entrance Stairs To The Building And The Basement;12) Grating Securing The Entrance To The Basement;13) External Intercom;14) Balustrades;15) Earthworks;16) Set Of Concrete Flower Pots;17) Cleaning Works;18) Greenery Facilities; In Accordance With The Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz, In Accordance With The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz And In Accordance With The Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz. In Addition, The Ordering Party Stipulates That After Completing The Works Specified Above, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform: 19) Test And Inspection Measurements Required By Law, As Well As An As-Built Inventory Of All Works Performed; 20) Preparation Of A Set Of Documents For The Ordering Party To Obtain A Permit Decision Use Or The Ordering Partys Effective Reporting Of The Completion Of Works Performed As Part Of The Task.3. The Ordering Party Informs That Construction Works Can Be Carried Out From Monday To Saturday (Excluding Holidays). 4. When Carrying Out Construction Works, Special Attention Should Be Paid To Separating And Maintaining A Safe Passage For Students And Teachers To The School Building On A Daily Basis.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Secure The Works While They Are Being Carried Out In Accordance With Health And Safety Regulations.6. Due To The Fact That The Works Are Carried Out In An Active Facility, The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Contractor, Before Commencing The Works Covered By The Order, Is Obliged To: 1) Develop And Provide The Ordering Party With A Work Implementation Schedule. The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Contractor Is Obliged To Agree The Work Implementation Schedule With The Director Of The Hotel And Tourist School Complex In Zakopane Before The Commencement Of The Works, So As Not To Cause Excessive Nuisance To The Operation Of The School During The Implementation Of The Works.7.
