1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Design Documentation For The Task Entitled: Construction Of A Multi-Purpose Sports Field In Szpęgawa. The Multi-Purpose Sports Field Is To Be Designed On The Geodetic Plot No. 79/10 In Szpęgawa.1.1 Existing Conditionthe Plot Covered By This Investment Is Located In Szpęgawa. The Area Covered By The Study Is A Partially Built-Up Area. There Is A Playground Located In The Immediate Vicinity Of The Planned Development. 1.2. Target State Of The Project: The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design Documentation For The Construction Of A Multi-Functional Pitch: 1) For Playing At Least Football, Basketball And Volleyball, Together With The Equipment (Goals, Volleyball Posts, Nets, Etc.), Ball Catches/Fencing, With Dimensions Of At Least 30 X 14 M But Not More Than 44 X 22 M, 2) Taking Into Account The Drainage Of Hardened Surfaces, 3) Taking Into Account The Need To Remove The Collision With The The Plot With Technical Infrastructure And/Or Obtaining Related Arrangements, If Necessary, 4) With The Installation Of Pitch Lighting, 5) With The Construction Of An Exit To The Plot, 6) With The Development Of The Area To The Necessary Extent (Including Possible Planting Of Greenery, Shelters For Players, Hardening Of The Area, Access And Access Roads), Taking Into Account Possible Elements Of Small Architecture Such As Bicycle Racks, Benches, Waste Bins.2. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Inventory Of The Existing Condition To The Extent Necessary For The Proper Preparation Of Design Documentation, 2) Obtaining By The Contractor A Decision On Determining The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment And Submitting An Appropriate Application In Advance; The Decision Should Be Final,3) Carrying Out Geotechnical Tests Of The Ground (At Least 5 Test Holes With A Minimum Depth Of 3 M), Developing A Geotechnical Opinion And, Depending On The Geotechnical Category, Preparing Appropriate Documentation And A Possible Design In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Transport, Construction And Maritime Economy Of April 25, 2012 On Determining Geotechnical Conditions For The Foundation Of Buildings (Journal Of Laws Of 2012) Item 463), 4) Development Of A Construction Design (In The Scope Of All Industries) Along With Obtaining All Opinions, Arrangements, Administrative Permits, Including A Building Permit Or A Certificate Of No Objection To The Submitted Construction Notification, 5) Development Of An Executive/Technical Design, 6) Preparation Of Bills Of Quantities, Investor Cost Estimates And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, 7) Preparation Of Complete Documentation Regarding The Reconstruction Of The Network/Installation, Their Protection And Removal Of Conflicts - If Necessary For Implementation Tasks, 8) Development Of A Traffic Organization Design For The Construction Period And A Permanent Traffic Organization Design Agreed By The Traffic Manage
