The Works Included In The Offer Cost Estimate Include, Among Others: Supplementing Panel Fence Elements, Replacing Damaged Elements Of Gates, Playground Equipment Or Outdoor Gyms, Replacing Sand In 20 Sandboxes And Replacing Sand At The Sand Factory In The European Boulevards. Task 1 - Renovation Services And Repairs Of Small Architecture Elements On Playgrounds And Sports Fields And European Boulevards In 2026 - Skateplaza1. The Scope Of The Subject Includes The Following Works: - Painting Picnic Areas With Varnish Stain (Including The Purchase Of Wood Impregnation - In The Existing Color), - Washing Outdoor Gym Equipment With Water And Detergent, - Opening Watering Places For People And Animals For The Summer Season And Closing Them Before Winter, - Replacing Sand In 2 Sandboxes Once A Year, - Replacing Sand At The Sand Factory In The Playground Once A Year, - Renovation Of Panel Fence Elements - Dismantling Damaged Elements, Purchasing And Installing New Ones. Panels, - Renovation Of Pitch Equipment, Including Replacement Of Elements Such As Football, Volleyball, Handball And Basketball Nets, - Renovation Of Fence Gate Elements, Including Repair Or Replacement Of Damaged Hinges, Handles Or Locks, - Painting 4 Pieces Of Picnic Gazebos At The Playground On European Boulevards With Wood Impregnation, - Assembly And Disassembly Of Water Curtains - Opening For The Summer Season And Closing Before Winter, - Unforeseen Works Renovation Of Small Architecture Elements That Have Suffered Natural Wear Or Have Been Damaged.2. At The Stage Of Task Implementation, The Contractor Will Have At Least 1 Vehicle With A Capacity Of Min. 0.9 Tons, Will Have The Necessary Equipment And Tools To Perform The Work - A Power Generator And Basic Power Tools.3. At The Stage Of Task Implementation, The Work Will Be Supervised On Behalf Of The Contractor By A Person With At Least Secondary Education, With A Construction Profile.4. When Carrying Out Renovation Activities, Materials With Appropriate Certificates Should Be Used. All Materials And Built-In Elements Must Have Appropriate Approvals And Certificates And Be Approved For Installation On Playgrounds And Must Be Free From Sharp Edges. Due To The Need To Ensure Appropriate Technical Parameters Of The Built-In Materials, The Contractor Will Obtain Written Approval From The Ordering Party Regarding The Proposed Materials To Be Built-In. Within 7 Days From The Date Of Submitting The Materials, The Ordering Party Will Provide The Contractor With Comments Or Accept In Writing The Proposed Materials For Installation. The Lack Of A Written Position Of The Ordering Party Within The Set Deadline Will Mean Acceptance Of The Presented Materials Without Any Comments. The Contractor Is Obliged To Take Into Account Any Comments Made By The Ordering Party And To Always Obtain The Order
