No Objections Raised By The Competent Authority) - To The Extent Resulting From Applicable Legal Provisions. Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Should Enable The Implementation Of Construction Works In Accordance With Applicable Legal Provisions, In Particular The Construction Law And The Public Procurement Law. The Order Concerns The Development Of Design Documentation For The Area Located Within The Witnica Agglomeration, In Particular For The Following Streets: Krucza, Strusia, Lisia, Orła Bielik, Repatriacyjne, Rolna, Świerkowa, Sosnowa, Ścieżka Rybacka, Wierzbowa, Wędkarska And Wodna.
