Botaniczna In Zielona Góra, The Scope Of Which Includes The Preparation Of Design Documentation And Construction Works Related To The Construction Of A Covered Ice Rink/Rolling Rink At Ul. Botaniczna In Zielona Góra - Plot No. 5/5 And 5/6, District 0037. The Investment Is Implemented In The Design And Build Formula. As Part Of The Order, The Investors Supervision Will Be Obliged To: 1) Verify And Prepare Written Opinions On Projects Prepared By The Design Team Of The General Contractor Of The Investment, By The Following Specialists: A) Designer Of The Construction Industry; B) Designer Of The Sanitary Industry; C) Designer Of The Electrical Industry. D) Designer Of The Road Industry) Specialist In The Telecommunications Industry 2) Supervision Of The Implementation Of Investments In Industries And Specialties: A) Supervision Inspector In The Industry Construction;B) Sanitary Industry Supervision Inspector;C) Electrical Industry Supervision Inspector;D) Road Industry Inspector3) Arboriculture Supervision;4) Material And Financial Settlement Of The Investment For The General Contractor And Subcontractors.5) Supervision Of Construction Works And Other Works Performed Under Guarantee And Warranty For Defects By The General Contractor And Subcontractors Of The Investment.6) Participation In Post-Warranty Acceptance Of The Investment. The Detailed Scope Of The Investment Is Included In The Appendices, Annex I.4 To The Swz And In The Documentation Included In Annex I.6 To Swz No. 2.1-2.8 (Employers Documentation).2. The Ordering Party Informs That The Indications Of Common Names, Trademarks, Manufacturers Names, And Photos That May Appear In The Swz Together With Annexes In The Included Elements Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Serve Only To Determine The Visual, Technical And Qualitative Features. Product Names, Trademarks, Patents Or Origins Used In The Swz Together With Attachments Should Be Treated As Examples - The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Equivalent Products (Materials, Equipment). An Equivalent Product Is A Product That Has The Same Functional, Visual, Material And Technical Features As The Specific Product Indicated In The Swz But Is Marked With A Different Trademark, Patent Or Origin.
