The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design Documentation For The Investment Task Consisting In The Expansion Of The District Road No. 1302L In The Town Of Wólka Poznańska From Km 0+640 To Km 1+855 In The Scope Of: - Preparation Of Design Documentation For The Expansion Of The Road On Land Owned By The District Roads Authority In Łuków (Use Class Dr And Tp), Including Documentation Regarding The Removal Of Conflicts With Technical Infrastructure Devices And Construction Of A Technological Channel When Necessary And Obtaining All Arrangements And Decisions To The Extent Necessary To Obtain A Building Permit From The Architectural And Construction Administration Body. The Documentation Should Be Prepared Based On Applicable Regulations, Including, Among Others, Strengthening And Widening The Road To 6 M And Supplementing (Construction Of Missing Sections) The Concrete Paving Stone Band On The Left Side (In Connection With The Location And Parameters Of The Existing Concrete Paving Stone Band), - Preparation Of Documentation Necessary To Conduct The Public Procurement Procedure For Construction Works. An Indicative Plan Showing The Location Of The Investment Task Is Attached As Annex No. 10 To The Swz. Documentation Is Required To Be Prepared Design Road Expansion, Both To Obtain A Building Permit Decision From The Architectural And Construction Administration Body, As Well As To Conduct A Public Procurement Procedure For Construction Works. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Development And Submission To The Ordering Party, Within 14 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract, Of A Schedule Of Design Works Specifying The Deadlines For The Preparation Of Individual Components Of The Design Documentation, Administrative Decisions And Opinions, As Well As Arrangements Required By Law, Within The Deadline Specified In The Contract; 2) Development Of A Land Development Concept. As Part Of The Concept, It Is Necessary To: - Describe The Existing Condition, Perform Height Measurements And Prepare Drawings Of Existing Normal Cross-Sections; - Present A Preliminary Design Of Land Development And Surface Structure Along With A Longitudinal Section And Cross-Sections (Maximum Spacing Of 25 M), - Identify Any Collisions; 3) Obtain Current Maps For Design Purposes Necessary To Develop A Construction Design; 4) Obtain, On Behalf Of The Investor, A Decision On Environmental Conditions, Water Law Decisions, Etc., If Required; 5) Obtaining Consent On Behalf Of The Investor To Cut Down Trees And Shrubs Colliding With The Investment, Developing A Project Enabling Their Cutting In The Field; 6) Obtaining All Other Arrangements Necessary For The Proper Development Of Design Documentation; 7) Preparing A Complete Construction Design Including All Attachments, Decisions, Opinions And Arrangements Necessary To Obtain A Decision On A Building Permit From The Architectural And Construction Administ
