The Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New, Unused, Not Exhibited, Undamaged, Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Not Encumbered With The Rights Of Third Parties, Not Subject To Any Proceedings Or Security, Complying With The Standards Allowing For Marketing In The Republic Of Poland And Technically Efficient And Ready For Use In Accordance With Its Intended Purpose.
