1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Supply Of Diesel Oil And Unleaded 95 Gasoline To Motor Vehicles Of The Health Care Complex In Lidzbark Warmiński For A Period Of 36 Months.2. Diesel Oil Will Be Delivered By Refueling Directly Into The Fuel Tanks Of Motor Vehicles, Indicated By The Ordering Party, At The Contractors Fuel Stations.3. Whenever The Term Fuel Is Used In The Swz Without Further Specification, It Means: Diesel Oil And 95.4 Unleaded Gasoline. The Contractor Will Ensure Refueling From The Dispenser 7 Days A Week, Including At Least One Fuel Station Open 24 Hours A Day.5. The Contractor Will Ensure The Possibility Of Refueling At Gas Stations Located In Lidzbark Warmiński And Orneta, I.E. In The Places Where P-Type Medical Rescue Teams Are Stationed, As Well As Throughout Poland.6. Fuel Purchases Will Be Made In A Cashless System Using Electronic Fuel Cards That Record Each Purchase, Vehicle Registration Number, Date And Time, Place Of Purchase, Vehicle Odometer Reading, Type And Quantity Of Fuel, Unit Price, Amount Of Discount Granted And Gross Value.7. The Contractor Will Issue Electronic Fuel Cards For The Registration Numbers Of The Vehicles Indicated In Section 8, Including Vehicles That The Ordering Party Acquires During The Order Execution Period And Two Personal Electronic Fuel Cards.1) Ordering Partys Vehicles:1) Mercedes Benz Ambulance, Nli 11Tg2) Peugeot Partner Passenger Car, Nli 85Fw3) Volkswagen Crafter Ambulance, Nli 77Je4) Volkswagen Crafter Ambulance, Nli 04Yc 5) Ambulance Sanitary Ambulance Volkswagen Crafter, Nli 5F926) Skoda Octavia Passenger Car, Nli 8H587) Dacia Duster Passenger Car, Nli 56Su8) Mercedes Benz Sanitary Ambulance, Nli 6M908. The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With The Ability To Monitor Transactions And Prepare Quantitative And Value Statements Via A Dedicated Online Application.9. The Estimated Amount Of Fuel That The Ordering Party Intends To Purchase Within A Period Of 36 Months Is 70,000 Liters Of Diesel Oil And 4,000 Liters Of Unleaded 95.10 Gasoline. The Estimated Demand Of The Ordering Party Was Determined On The Basis Of Awarded And Planned Orders.11. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To A Claim For A Reduction In The Amount Of Fuel Purchased During The Order Execution Period.12. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And With Due Diligence.
