1) Part No. 1 – Acting As A Family Assistant. The Subject Of The Order Under Part 1 Is The Provision Of A Family Assistant Service As Part Of The Project Entitled: Winning Family In The Andrespol Commune.B. The Family Assistants Tasks Will Include Comprehensive, Individualized Support In The Following Areas: B1. Solving Basic Social Problems (Housing, Material, Health, Legal)B2. Help In Solving Psychological Problems (Emotional, Family, Peer Group Problems), B3. Supporting Families In Social Activity (Helping In Developing Parents Parenting Skills And Solving Problems With Children), B4. Developing Social Skills And Supporting Social Activity Of Families (Solving Conflicts With Neighbors, Family Members Or Institution Employees), B5. Motivating To Improve Professional Qualifications Or Continue Education, Assistance In Choosing Appropriate Vocational Courses Or Schools, Assistance In Searching For And Taking Up Paid Work, B6. Help In Overcoming Complexes And Crises Resulting From School Failures, B7. Coordination Of Support For The Family, B8. Cooperation With Specialists Employed As Part Of The Implementation Of The Wygrana Rodzina Project In The Andrespolc Commune. In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act On Family Support And The Foster Care System, The Duties Of A Family Assistant Will Include: C1. Development And Implementation Of A Family Work Plan (Ipd) In Consultation With A Social Worker Of The Ops In Andrespol (Diagnosis, Determination Of The Familys Needs And The Scope And Forms Of Assistance Provided) C2. Conducting Individual Educational Consultations For Parents And Children3. Maintaining Documentation Regarding Work With The Family C4. Periodically Assessing The Family Situation At Least Every Six Months C5. Monitoring The Functioning Of The Family After The End Of Work With The Family C6. Cooperation With Institutions And Non-Governmental Organizations Specializing In Activities For The Child And Family C7. Cooperation With The Interdisciplinary Team And Working Group Referred To In Art. 9A Of The Act Of 29 July 2005 On Counteracting Domestic Violence (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1673) D. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Provided Stationary At The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party Or Places Indicated By Him, Other Places Where Project Activities Are Carried Out In Accordance With The Project Schedule For 80 Hours/Month For A Period Of 18 Months. E. The Working Hours Of The Family Assistant, In Accordance With The Standard, Will Be Flexible And Adapted To The Needs Of The Family And The Tasks That Have Been Planned With It. Assistants Will Also Work In The Afternoon And On Public Holidays, Including Weekends. The Material Scope Of Family Assistance Will Be Consistent With The Winning Family Standard And The Act On Family Support And The Foster Care System. The Assistant Will Meet The Requirements Specified In Art. 12 Of The Act On Family Support And The Foster Care System.
