Statutory Audit Services – Request For Tender For The European Public Tender Accounting Services 2026-2029. The Accountant Is Responsible For Certifying The Annual Accounts Every Year. The Work To Be Carried Out For This Must Comply With The Professional Standards And Quality Requirements As Formulated By The Dutch Professional Organization Of Accountants (Nba), In Particular The “Additional Regulations For Auditing And Other Standards” (Nv Cos). The Audit Must Of Course Be Based On Existing Legislation And Regulations. Particular Attention Should Be Paid To The Municipalities Act (Particularly Articles 212 And 213), The Current Budget And Accountability Decree, The Joint Regulations Act, The Decentralized Authorities Financing Act (Fido), The Decentralized Authorities Audit Decree (Bado), Etc., But Also The Applicable Municipal Regulations And Ordinances In Accordance With The Municipalitys Framework Of Standards. This Concerns The Performance Of The Audit As Described In The Tender Documents. This Concerns An Agreement Entered Into For A Period Of Four Years. The Agreement Can Optionally Be Extended By The Client For Three Times One Year.
