The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of A Brand New School Bus, Year Of Production Not Older Than 2025, Adapted To Transport Disabled People, Meeting The Minimum Euro Vi Step E Emission Standard, With A Minimum Number Of Seats 41 + 1 (Driver) + A Seat For The Guardian/Pilot And 10 Standing People + One Seat For A Disabled Person With A Wheelchair + An Elevator With A Set For Mounting A Person On Wheelchair Accessible, With Air Conditioning For The Drivers Compartment And The Passenger Compartment. 2. The Ordering Party Informs That The Term School Bus Should Be Understood As A Bus Of Category M3, Class Ii (Intercity Bus), Which Meets The Requirements Contained In §22 [School Bus] Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of December 31, 2002 On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 502, As Amended). 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Together With The Attached Bus Marking Template) And In Annex No. 5 To The Swz - Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Ppu). 4. The Task Called Purchase Of A School Bus For The Transport Of Students To Schools Run By The Commune Of Konstantynów Łódzki Is Co-Financed By The Local Government Of The Łódź Voivodeship As Part Of The Buses For Schools In The Łódź Voivodeship Project. 5. The Delivered Bus Should Be Marked With The Logo Of The Łódź Voivodeship. The Marking Should Be Placed In Accordance With The Marking Template Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, In A Way That Ensures Good Visibility And Recognition Of The Logos, Without Their Distortion, With The Size Of The Marking Proportional To The Size Of The Purchased Bus. 6. Warranty The Ordering Party Requires A Minimum 24-Month Mechanical Warranty For The Entire Subject Of The Order, Including The Paint Coating And Electrical And Electronic Assemblies And Subassemblies, Mechanisms, Including The Running Gear. For The Purposes Of Estimating The Costs Associated With Granting A Warranty, The Ordering Party Provides The Estimated Annual Mileage Limit: Up To 30,000 Kilometers. The Period Of The Mechanical Warranty For The Entire Subject Of The Contract, Which The Contractor Provides To The Ordering Party, Is One Of The Offer Evaluation Criteria, Which Will Be Assessed In Accordance With Chapter Xix Point 2.2 Of The Swz, And This Period Cannot Be Shorter Than 24 Months. 7. Equivalent Solutions. 7.1.
