Object Of The Procurement The Object Of The Procurement Is A Self-Service And Business Solution For Receiving And Paying For Waste. The Solution Under Procurement Refers To A Self-Service And Transaction System As A Saas Service And The Hardware Related To The Use Of The System As A Daas Service For The Various Waste Centers And Stations Of Pirkanmaa Jätehuolto Oy. The Procurement Also Includes Site-Specific Implementation Of The Solution, Maintenance And Support Services, Further Development Work, Equipment Maintenance And Repair Services And Other Services Related To The Solution As Defined In The Request For Tender And Its Appendices. The Object Of Procurement Is Described In More Detail In The Request For Tenders And Its Appendices, Especially In Appendix 3 Description Of The Object Of Procurement. Contract Period The Contract Comes Into Force When It Is Signed. The Goal Is For The Agreement To Enter Into Force On March 23, 2026. The Contract Is Valid For A Limited Period Of Four (4) Years, After Which The Contract Will Continue To Be Valid Indefinitely. Scope Of The Procurement The Scope Of The Procurement Is Described In The Request For Tenders And Its Appendices, Especially In Appendix 3 Description Of The Object Of The Procurement. The Number Of Users Of The System Is Estimated To Be Around 30 People During The Limited Contract Period (Steps 1-4) Described In Section 2 Of Appendix 3, And Around 50-65 People When The System Has Been Put Into Use In All Of The Customers Waste Centers And Stations. Annual Customer Visits Are Estimated To Be Approximately 95,000 Visits Per Year At The Koukkujärvi Waste Center, Approximately 68,000 Visits Per Year At The Tarastenjärvi Waste Center, And A Total Of 160,000 Visits Per Year At Other Waste Stations.
