Software Development Services – Acquisition Of Development And Implementation Services Of The Integrated Information System, Within The Project Digitalization Of The Vâlcea County Ambulance Service. The Services That Are The Subject Of This Procurement Procedure Constitute The Central Element Of The Digitalization Process Of Saj Vâlcea, For Which The Vâlcea County Ambulance Service, Through The Ministry Of Health, Obtained Non-Refundable Funding Through The National Recovery And Resilience Plan, Within Component 7 - Digital Transformation, Investment 13 - Realization Of The Ehealth And Telemedicine System, Specific Investment I3.2. Digitization Of Institutions With Attributions In The Health Field Subordinated To The Ministry Of Health, Based On Financing Agreement No. 1417/51/13.2/17.04.2024. For The Implementation In Good Conditions, And In Accordance With The Financiers Requirements, The Vâlcea County Ambulance Service Must Contract Services For The Development And Implementation Of The Integrated Information System, Within The Above-Mentioned Project. The General Objective Of This Project Is The Digitization Of The Activity Of The Vâlcea County Ambulance Service, With The Aim Of Optimizing Internal Flows And Reducing The Time Required For Processing And Issuing Documents. The Specific Objectives Aim At: (*) Digitization Of The Existing Physical Archive By: Purchasing A Scanner/Multifunctional And Creating A Database. (*) Purchase Of It Equipment (*) Creation Of A Web Platform For Document And Workflow Management; (*) Training Of Employees Regarding The Use Of The New Digital Technologies Implemented The Anticipated Benefits Following The Completion Of The Acquisition Are The Following: (*) Operational Efficiency: Digitization And Digitization Will Allow The Automation Of Many Aspects Of Providing Administrative Support At The Level Of The Contracting Authority. (*) Reduction Of Human Errors: With The Help Of The It System, The Risk Of Human Errors In The Management Of Data And Processes Is Significantly Reduced. (*) Access To Real-Time Information: Digitization Will Allow Trained Administrative Staff To Have Instant Access To Historical Information. (*) Improved Reporting And Analysis: Digital Systems Will Collect Real-Time Data And Generate Detailed Reports And Analysis. This Information Will Be Used To Evaluate Performance And Make More Informed Decisions To Improve The Document Management Service. (*) Improved Communication: Digitization Facilitates Communication Between Employees And Departments. (*) Time And Cost Savings: Digitization Will Reduce The Need For Paper, Reduce The Time Allocated To Administrative Tasks And Lower The Costs Associated With Storing Physical Documents. These Savings Will Be Used To Improve Services Or Purchase Additional Equipment And Resources. (*) Transparency And Accountability: Digital Systems Will Record Actions And Decisions Taken, Which Will Increase Transparency And Accountability Within The Ambulance Service.
