Tenders are invited for NAVISP-EL1-121-Resilient Pnt Based on Lasers - Expro+ General DescriptionThis activity aims to design and validate a laser-based positioning system as a resilient alternative to GNSS for safety-critical operations. It will develop a multi-beam optical receiver terminal capable of acquiring and demodulating PNT signals over an optical carrier. The system will implement real-time state estimation using ToA, TDoA, or AoA techniques. A functional prototype combining optical transmitter and receiver subsystems will be built and tested. Demonstrations will include multi-beam reception on land and an optical PNT link between airborne and ground stations. The goal is to provide secure, interference-immune PNT for applications such as precision instrument landing systems.
