Transelectrica S.A.; J) The Use Of Own Regional Dispatches For The Integration Of Security And Intervention Services; K) The Use Of Qualified Security Personnel, By Ensuring The Competences From The Point Of View Of Safety And Health At Work And The Specifics Of The Activities And Installations Of Cntee Transelectrica S.A.; L) Providing The Beneficiarys Representatives And The Competent Authorities With Information Related To Incidents That Occurred During The Security Activity; M) The Security Service Providers Participation In The Damage Caused By An Incident If The Service Was Not Performed According To The Contract, By Ensuring Compensation Resources From The Performance Guarantee. N) Considering The Importance Of S.T.T. Objectives. Pitesti, The Provider Will Conclude An Insurance Policy To Cover Damages Caused By Its Fault, Of A Minimum Of 1,000,000 Euros, Within A Maximum Of 5 Working Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract, Accompanied By The Commitment To Extend The Validity Of The Policy For The Entire Duration Of The Contract And Will Hand Them Over To The Beneficiarys Manager, In The Original Or A Legalized Copy.
