Sn Bredäng Is A Trunk Station In Southern Stockholm (The 220 Kv Ais Switchgear) Was Put Into Operation In 1971. Ellevio Has Decided To Carry Out An Extensive Modernization Of The Facility. Ellevio Does This To Ensure A Stable And Future-Proof Electricity Supply For Stockholm. The Project Involves Establishing A Completely New Gas-Insulated 220 Kv Switchgear On A New Plot Of Land Next To The Current Station. By Establishing On The New Ground Surface, The New Switchgear House Can Be Built Without Affecting The Existing Station Area, Which Enables A Smooth Transition And Reduces The Risk Of Disturbances During The Construction Phase. When The New 220 Kv Gis Switchgear Has Been Commissioned, The Old Ais Switchgear Must Be Demolished. The Project Is Part Of Svenska Kraftnäts And Ellevios Investment Package For Stockholm And Aims To Strengthen Network Capacity In The Region Through The Establishment Of A New Feed-In Point From Svenska Kraftnäts New Station Sn Björksätra. The Project Is Planned To Be Procured In A Shared Contract And Implemented In A Joint Turnkey Contract. The Division Is: 1. Electricity, Turnkey Contracting In Cooperation In 3 Parts (Phase 0 Initiation And Planning, Phase 1 Projecting To System Action (Abk 09), Phase 2 Turnkey Execution (Abt 06) This Part Includes, Among Other Things: Electrical Installation, Dc And Alternating Voltage Systems, Control Plant, Cable Work At Voltage Levels 0.4-400Kv And All Other Related Work To The Electrical Installation. And Commissioning To A Ready-To-Use Facility. 2. Land And Construction (Not Included In This Procurement) 3. Gis Switchgear (Nlm 19) (Not Included In This Procurement) 4. Transformers (Nlm 19), (Not Included In This Procurement) 5. High Voltage Cable 400 And 220Kv (Nl17) (Not Included In This Procurement) This Procurement Applies To Electricity In Total Contracting For The The First Phase Is A Procurement In Accordance With Luf, Law (2016:1146) On Procurement In The Supply Sectors, With The Aim Of Signing A Contract According To Abk09. The Goal Of Phase 1 Is A Completed System Document And That Contracts Must Be Signed According To Abt06 Before Phase 2. Note: The Project Is Covered By The Security Act (2018:585) And Ellevio Must Therefore Sign Security Agreement With The Supplier Who Is Awarded The Contract. Ellevio Reserves The Right To, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Security Act (2018:585), Establish Security Agreements With The Supplier And Apply Security Screening Procedures For Personnel Who Participate In Security-Sensitive Activities At Ellevio And/Or Gain Access To Security Classified Information In Connection With The Execution Of The Contract. The Establishment Of Security Agreements With Foreign Companies Must Be Preceded By A Suitability Assessment And May In Some Cases Require A Bilateral Security Agreement Between Sweden And The Countries Concerned.Furthermore, The Supplier May Only Use Subcontractors Who Have Signed A Security Agreement With The Customer In Cases Where Security Protection Is Required
