Expression of Interest for Consultancy Firm to Design and Deploy: A Robust Asset Management/Tracking and Disposal Procedures System and Related Capacity Building The objective of this assignment is to improve the current public asset management framework and enhance staff capacity to effectively plan and manage different types of public assets by: (i) developing a real-time Asset Management Tracking System in line with cash-basis International Public Sector Accounting Standards; (ii) developing a comprehensive Asset Management and Disposal Procedures Manual; (iii) developing staff training and capacity building plan on the new system and procedures. The assignment will be undertaken through the following tasks to achieve the objectives: a) Assessment and Strategy, b) System Development and Deployment, c) Asset Disposal Procedures, d) Capacity Building and e) Handover. The implementation period for the assignment is for a period of 8 months after the contract is awarded. The Ministry of Finance, Economic Planning, Trade and Investment now invites eligible consulting firms to indicate their interest in providing these services. Interested consulting firms must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.).
