Prequalifications For Social Transformation Facilitators And Co-Facilitators

Prequalifications are invited for Social Transformation Facilitators and Co-Facilitators for West Bank and Gaza Strip Requested Quotations: REFORM is planning to contract with more than one facilitator and co-facilitator for (West Bank & Gaza Strip) for Social Transformation training within the framework of REFORMs projects as a long-term agreement with a yearly extension based on confirmation from both parties. Please submit your quotation the latest by Wednesday, February 25th 2026, by 14:00 PM. Scope of work: 1. Conduct training days focused on community engagement and organizing for target groups in the West Bank and Gaza. 2. Guide Community Service groups to focus on transforming societal conflicts within their local communities, aligning with the projects goal to rebuild the social fabric. 3. Develop participants analytical skills using the Social Transformation methodology to understand and address political and social paralysis. 4. Strengthen participants capacities in conflict resolution, mediation, and promoting social cohesion to restore civic trust. 5. Conduct training sessions face-to-face sessions, with the flexibility to transition to online, if security and logistical conditions permit. 6. Prepare a comprehensive work plan detailing the training modules, specific aims, and a timeframe that reflects the projects overall goals and expected outputs. 7. Identify and develop training materials that are culturally grounded, gender-sensitive, and trauma-informed. 8. Prepare and implement pre- and post-evaluations to measure knowledge gain and behavioral changes regarding the training topics. 9. Prepare detailed reports to measure participant progress and assessment results, ensuring data is disaggregated by gender, age, and location. 10. Encourage and facilitate active participant engagement and leadership within their communities, particularly among youth and women. 11. Implement trainings in REFORMs targeted governorates across the West Bank and Gaza, regarding the projects and will be determined later by the Operations Unit. 12. Implement the trainings on time, as requested, including on weekends. 13. Identify the training materials. 14. Follow up and coordinate with the project team. 15. S/he will help in developing the participants ability to analyse using the social transformation methodology. 16. Help in developing the capacities of the participants in resolving conflict and promoting social cohesion. 17. REFORM has the ability to contract one or more facilitator(s) as a long-term agreement for each facilitator.
