Scope Of Assignment The Consultant Will: Conduct Desk Review And Stakeholder Consultations. Undertake Field Assessments And Water Quality Sampling. Develop Survey Tools (Household, Kii, Fgd). Develop A Comprehensive Water Quality Monitoring And Surveillance Framework. Facilitate Stakeholder Validation And Finalize The Document. Duration The Consultancy Will Be Completed Within 16 Days From Contract Signing. Required Qualifications Advanced Degree In Public Health, Water Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Microbiology Or Related Field. 1015 Years Relevant Wash And Water Quality Experience. Proven Experience In Policy Development, Research, And Stakeholder Engagement.
