Scope of the Services The scope of the audit assignment includes: Statutory audit of the SACCOs financial statements in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISA), Review of internal controls, compliance, and governance systems. Issuance of an independent audit opinion and management letter, Presentation of audit findings to Management and/or the General Assembly, if required. 2. Eligibility Requirements Interested bidders must: Be legally registered and licensed to operate in Rwanda; Be in good standing with relevant professional bodies; Have proven experience in auditing SACCOs, cooperatives, or financial institutions; Possess qualified and experienced audit staff. 3. Non-Refundable Tender Fee A non-refundable tender fee of RWF 20,000 (Twenty Thousand Rwandan Francs) is required.
