Ensuring The Technical Maintenance Services Of The Premises, Installations And Equipment Belonging To The Buildings In Which The Ministry Of Agriculture And Rural Development Operates Is One Of The Main Obligations Of The Employer In Terms Of The Safety And Health Of Its Workers, In All Aspects Related To Work, An Obligation Stipulated By The Law On Safety And Health At Work No. 319/2006, With Subsequent Amendments And Additions. For The Year 2026, In Order To Create The Optimal Internal Work Environment For The Institutions Employees, As Well As To Ensure The Physical And Mental Integrity, Health Of Employees And Other People Participating In The Work Process, We Consider It Necessary And Appropriate To Provide Technical Maintenance Services For The Spaces, Installations And Equipment Belonging To The Buildings Where The Ministry Of Agriculture And Rural Development Operates, Both For The Offices And Workspaces Of The Employees, As Well As For The Common And Technical Spaces, Provided To The Standards, Requirements And Needs Imposed By An Institution Of European Rank. The Quantities, Surfaces And Locations Where The Requested Cleaning Services Will Be Provided Are Described In Detail In The Specifications. The Services Will Be Provided According To The Specifications. The Maximum Estimated Value For This Public Procurement Is: 1,029,945.27 Lei Without Vat, A Value That Also Includes The Option To Extend The Contract For 4 Months After 12/31/2026 And Consists Of: A) The Estimated Value For The Estimated Contract Period Of 8 Months, Respectively The Period 05/01/2026 – 12/31/2026, Is 649,637.15 Lei Without Vat. Regarding The Estimated Value Of The Contract Valid For 8 Months In 2026, The Offers Will Be Developed And Evaluated From A Financial Point Of View. B) The Estimated Value For An Estimated Contract Extension Period Of A Maximum Of 4 Months, Starting From 01.01.2027 To 30.04.2027, According To The Provisions Of Art. 165 Of Hg No. 395/2016, With Subsequent Amendments And Additions, Is 380,308.12 Lei Without Vat.
