Placement Services Of Personnel - Provision Of Labor From Third Countries (Outside The Eu) And Accommodation Of The Hired Foreign Employees For The Needs Of Stolichen Autotrans Ead. The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Selection Of A Contractor, Which Should Provide A Complex Service Including The Implementation Of All Activities To Provide Labor From Third Countries (Outside The Eu) For Work In Capital Motor Transport Ead And Accommodation For The Hired Foreign Employees, For The Needs Of Capital Motor Transport Ead. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Following Activities: 1) Provision Of Foreign Labor, Within 12 Months From The Date Of Entry Into Force Of The Contract, With An Estimated Number Of 100 Employees. The Provision Of Foreign Employees Is Carried Out In Stages According To The Allocation And Discretion Of The Contractor. Types Of Positions And Estimated Distribution Of Numbers: Driver, Bus — 90 People; Motor Vehicle Mechanic - 5 People And Motor Vehicle Electrician - 5 People. The Activity Of Providing Labor From Third Parties Also Includes The Following Services: Selection And Provision Of Suitable Job Candidates; Securing Legal Employment And Residence And Work Permits Through An Administrative Procedure, Pursuant To The Law On Foreigners And The Law On Labor Migration And Mobility; Organization Of Transport, Including All Related Costs, Reception And Accommodation Of Employees; Assistance With Adaptation And Training - Conducting Orientation, Language Training And, If Necessary, Introduction To The Companys Standards; Provision Of Documents, Medical And Legal Certificates. 2) Provision Of All Accommodation Activities For The Employed Foreign Employees For The Period From Their Arrival In The Country (Republic Of Bulgaria) Until The Expiration Of The Employment Contract Signed With The Employer Stolichen Autotransport Ead. Accommodation Is Done In Stages And Depends On The Foreign Employees Brought In. The Accommodation Activity Includes The Notification Of The State Offices That Require Information On The Accommodation Address Of The Specific Hired Employees From Third Parties. The Participant Must Provide Accommodation For The Foreign Employees Hired Under This Order By Applying The Current National And European Regulatory Requirements For The Accommodation And Apply The Requirements Of The Personal Data Protection Act, When Processing The Personal Data Of The Hired Employees Of The Contracting Authority, To Which It Has Access In Order To Provide Accommodation.
