The Assignment Includes The Renovation Of An Existing Building From 1998, Located On The Ring Road Around Mechelen, Edgard Tinellaan 2B. The Building Currently Serves As A Residential Shelter For Children Of The Ckg Department And Also Contains An Office Environment. They Will Move To Another Building. In The Future, 12 Young People, Between 12 And 18 Years Old, Will Be Supervised Here In The Form Of A Studio Operation For The De Aanzet Operation. The Mobile Employees Of Aanzet Will Also Have Their Workplace Here. About Three Quarters Of The Space Is Intended For Residential Use, In The Form Of Individual Studios With Also Communal Space(S). The Remaining Quarter Will Be Furnished As An Office Environment. The Aim Of The Renovation Is To Create A Multifunctional Building And Associated Facilities For The Accommodation And Guidance Of 12 Young People.
