Fluorescent Microscopes – Equipment Of The Scientific And Diagnostic Oncology Center – Faculty Hospital In Motol, Prague – Imaging System. The Subject Of This Public Order Is The Supply And Installation Of The Following Device For The Needs Of The Scientific And Diagnostic Oncology Center Of The Motol National University Hospital: - System For Digital Large-Capacity Immunofluorescence Analysis Capable Of Performing Multi-Parameter Digital Immunofluorescence Analysis Of Cells In Tissue Sections For Sets Of Samples Of Human Origin Obtained By Research And Diagnostic Activities. The Nature Of Sample Preparation And Fixation Will Be Variable, But Must Include Ffpe Samples, Tissue Microarrays, Whole Slides, And Tissue Sections (Research Use Must Be Documented By A Peer-Reviewed Scientific Publication). The Solution Must Include Automated Digital Analysis With Dedicated Software For At Least 7 Fluorescence Parameters With The Option Of Unmixing Autofluorescence. The Device Must Enable Advanced High-Resolution Fluorescence Imaging For Immune Cell Phenotyping In Tumor Immunology Research, Signaling Pathway Analysis, Apoptosis And Proliferation Assessment, Necrosis And Fibrosis Detection Using Conventional Staining, Cell Cycle Characterization, Dna Damage Determination, Inflammatory Markers, Identification Of Lymph Node Metastases, And Detailed Investigation Of The Tumor Microenvironment. The Technology Must Include A Liquid Crystal Electronically Tunable Filter (Lc-Etf) With Electronic And Software Control Of The Central Wavelength And Bandwidth In The Range Of At Least 450-760 Nm, Support Multiplexed Fluorophore Detection, Automated Sensing, And An Advanced Analytical Software Platform For Quantitative Evaluation. The System Will Be Designed To Solve A Wide Range Of Innovative, Research Tasks Within The Scientific And Diagnostic Oncology Center Project And To Develop New Methods Of Detecting The Properties Of Tumor Cells, And Will Also Be Able To Describe The Microenvironment Of Patients Tumor Tissues. Research Methods Developed By The Workplace Will Be Used In Future Diagnostics And Monitoring Of Treatment Success. The Primary Use Of The System Will Be Research. (Hereinafter Referred To As The Device) The Offered Device Must Meet The Technical Requirements For The Subject Of Performance Established By The Contracting Authority, To The Extent Specified In Annex No. 1 Of The Purchase Contract - Technical Specification Of The Subject Of Performance. The Scope Of Performance Also Includes: (I.) Installation Of The Device And Its Commissioning, Including Verification Of Its Functionality, Performance Of All Prescribed Examinations And Tests; (Ii.) Briefing/Training Of Personnel To Be Carried Out By A Person Authorized To Do So In Accordance With Relevant Legal Regulations; (Iii.) Warranty Service Of The Device, Which Will Be Carried Out By A Person Authorized For This Activity, Based On The Manufacturers Certificate Of Service Technician Training.
