The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Cleaning Services In The Buildings Of The Pomeranian Voivodeship Marshals Office Located In Gdańsk At: - Ul. Okopowa 19, 21/27, - Ul. Równa 19/21, - Ul. Augustyńskiego 1, - Ul. Augustyńskiego 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Cleaning Inside The Building - Daily Cleaning Inside The Building On Working Days, I.E. From Monday To Friday (Except Public Holidays And Office Holidays), Including Cleaning Of, Among Others: Corridors, Halls, Stairs, Sanitary Rooms, Office Rooms, Basements. 2) Washing Windows In Indicated Buildings - Internal And External Surfaces Of Windows, Frames And Window Sills. The Windows Will Be Washed Twice During The Contract Period (According To The List Of The Number Of Meters To Be Cleaned). The Ordering Party Expects That The Service Will Be Performed In The First And Second Half Of 2026. The Ordering Party Will Inform The Contractor At Least 14 Days Before The Planned Date Of Performance Of The Service. The Maximum Window Cleaning Time For One Service Cannot Exceed 30 Days. 3) Daily Service In The Building Located At Ul. Augustyńskiego 2 - Monday To Friday From 7.00 A.M. To 3.00 P.M. - 8 Hours. (Except Holidays And Office Holidays). 4) Daily Service In The Building Located At Ul. Okopowa 19, 21/27 - Monday To Friday From 7.00 A.M. To 3.00 P.M. - 8 Hours. (Except Holidays And Office Holidays). 5) Daily Service In The Building Located At Ul. Augustyńskiego 1 - Monday To Friday From 7.00 A.M. To 3.00 P.M. - 8 Hours. (Except Holidays And Office Holidays). 2. Other Regulations Regarding The Subject Of The Order Are Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz And In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Specified Therein.
