The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Construction Of A Sidewalk Along Ul. Skrajna Together With The Construction/Reconstruction Of The Necessary Infrastructure. Construction Works Will Be Carried Out On The Basis Of The Decision To Authorize The Implementation Of A Road Investment. Quantity/Scope Of The Basic Order: Construction Of A Sidewalk On Ul. Skrajna: • Construction Of A Left-Side Sidewalk 2.15 M Wide On The Section From Ul. Borowa To Ul. Krogulskiego - 322 M, • Construction Of Parking Lots - 16 Parking Spaces, • Demolition And Construction Of A New Fence Along The Complex Of Sports Fields, • Reconstruction Of Existing Exits, • Construction Of Road Lighting, • Protection And Reconstruction Of Overhead And Low Voltage Cable Lines, • Construction Of Storm Sewage • Reconstruction And Protection Of Sections Of The Gas Network. Size/Scope Of The Order Covered By The Option Right: • Replacement Of The Road Structure On Ul. Skrajna On The Section From Ul. Borowa To Ul. Krogulski. The Contractor Will Include In The Offer The Material Benefits Resulting From Taking Over The Demolition Materials. Where The Swz Contains Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Employer Allows The Offer Of Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, Provided That They Guarantee The Implementation Of The Works In Accordance With The Issued Decisions And Ensure That Technical Parameters Are Not Worse Than Those Assumed In The Swz. If Equivalent Solutions Are Used, The Contractor Attaches A List Of Equivalent Solutions To The Offer Along With Its Description Or Standards. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In: 1) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works 2) Construction Design To The Extent Taking Into Account The Specificity Of Construction Works 3) Detailed Designs 4) Bill Of Quantities (Eko File - Ul. Skrajna) 5) Proposed Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract With Annexes.
