The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of Integration And Expansion Of The Healthcare Providers It Systems - Expansion Of The Pacs System As Part Of The Project Titled Implementation Of E-Services In The Independent Public Health Care Complex In Brzesko. The Subject Of The Order Is The Expansion And Modernization Of The Pacs System, Under Which The Contractor Will: 1) Update The Pacs System To A New Version Of The Diagnostic Browser; 2) As Part Of The Expansion Of The Pacs System, It Will Provide Software: A 3D Reconstruction Module, A Test Import Module, And A Module For Sharing Imaging Tests As Part Of E-Consultations; 3) Will Install And Configure The Software In The Ordering Partys It Infrastructure; 4) Grants A Perpetual License For The Software; 5) Will Provide Authors Supervision And Support For A Period Of 36 Months. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Attachment. No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Detailed Offer Form And Contract Template, Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Requires That The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Dnsh Principle (Do No Serious Damage) For Environmental Purposes, Resulting From Art. 17 Of Regulation (Eu) 2020/852 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 18/06/2020 And The Conditions Set Out In Regulation (Eu) 2021/241 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 12 February 2021 Establishing The Recovery And Resilience Facility (Rrf) And The Guidelines For The National Recovery Plan, While Maintaining Horizontal Policies, In Particular The Principle Of Equality Opportunities And Non-Discrimination.
