The Scope Of The Tender Concerns The Facilitation And Implementation Of The National Insulation Program (Nip) On Behalf Of The Contracting Authority: Spuk Local Approach To Insulation. The Services That The Tenderer Provides For This Purpose Cover The Following Aspects: • Setting Up A Portal (Website/Application) Where Owner-Occupiers Can Register For The Subsidy; • Helpdesk For Owner-Occupiers; • Support In Communication From The Contracting Authority To Owner-Occupiers Regarding The National Insulation Program (Nip): Spuk Local Approach To Insulation And The Three (3) Subsidy Tracks; • Processing Applications For The Three (3) Subsidy Tracks (From Processing, Testing Applications And Testing Implemented Insulation Measures To Payment Of The Awarded Subsidies And Collecting Residual Invoices); • Have Insulation Measures Implemented By Implementing Parties With Regard To Subsidy Track 1 Complete Care; • Reports; • Responsibility For The Spuk Nip: O Onde This Assignment Is Not Subdivided Into Multiple Lots. Subscribing For Part Of The Assignment Is Not Permitted And Will Lead To Exclusion From Further Participation In The Tender Procedure. The Current Assignment In This Tender Represents An Estimated Assignment Value Of € 210,000.00 Excluding Vat. Please Note: The Contracting Authority Is Obliged To Include A Maximum Contract Value Or Maximum Quantity For The Framework Agreement. However, There Is A Margin Of Uncertainty Regarding The Decreases That Cannot Be Quantified In Advance. The Contracting Authority Therefore Wishes To Distinguish Between The Estimated Contract Value (The Expectation) Stated Above And The Maximum Contract Value / Maximum Quantity Of The Intended Framework Agreement. The Estimated Order Value Is Indicative, Amounts To € 210,000.00 Excluding Vat And Is Based On A Term Of Five (5) Years. The Maximum Order Value Is €420,000.00 Excluding Vat And Is Also Based On A Term Of Five (5) Years. When Determining The Maximum Order Value, Account Is Taken Of The Possible Circumstance That The Scope Of The Deliveries And/Or Services Is (Substantially) Higher Than Expected According To The Estimated Order Value. If The Maximum Order Value/Quantity Is Exceeded, The Agreement Will End And It Will Be Put Out To Tender Again. No Rights Can Be Derived From The Above Amounts, Which Means That It Cannot Be Stated With Certainty That The Estimated And/Or Maximum Order Value Will Actually Be Purchased During The Term Of The Agreement.
