Cleaning And Sanitation Services In Urban Or Rural Areas, And Related Services – Ongoing Maintenance Of Municipal Service Toilets In The City Of Krakow In 2026. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Ongoing Maintenance Of Municipal Service Toilets In The City Of Krakow In 2026. The Contractor Will Ensure The Proper Functioning Of Service Toilets In A Way That Does Not Raise Any Objections From Users And Controlling Authorities, Including The Sanitary And Epidemiological Station. As Part Of The Service, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Comprehensively Service 23 Municipal Service Toilets, The Scope Of Which Includes The Ongoing Maintenance Of Toilets, Maintenance And Supervision In The City Of Krakow. The Contractor Is Responsible For Ensuring The Appropriate Number Of Staff To Perform The Service, For This Purpose He Should Conduct An Appropriate Analysis And Include Such A Number Of People To Ensure That The Service Is Performed Efficiently, Uninterrupted And On Time. The List Of Municipal Service Toilets Along With Their Basic Characteristics And The Opening Hours Of The Toilets Are Included In Annexes No. 1, 2 And 3 To The Opz. The Detailed Scope Of Services, Method Of Contract Execution And The Contractors Obligations Are Specified In The Following Documents: - Annex No. 4 To The Swz, I.E. Description Of The Subject Of The Order With Annexes To The Opz - Annex No. 3 To The Swz, I.E. Draft Provisions Of The Agreement With Annexes. The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Work In Accordance With The Scope And Requirements Indicated In Annex No. 4 To The Swz, I.E. Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Annexes No. 1, 2 And 3 To Opz, With The Applicable Regulations And Standards In This Regard, The Current Level Of Technical Knowledge And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, As Well As With Due Diligence. Note: The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Limiting Or Increasing The Scope Of Services Provided Under The Subject Of The Contract (In Particular The Number Of Hours Or The Closure Of Individual Locations) Up To 10% Of The Original Contract Value (Details Included In Annex 3 To The Swz). 2. Completion Date: From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract For A Period Of 6 Months, But Not Earlier Than April 16, 2026 Or Until The Funds Provided For In The Contract Are Exhausted, Depending On Which Event Occurs First.
