Social Work And Related Services – Follow-Up Displaced From Ukraine. Nav Shall Procure Labour Market Measure Follow-Up For Displaced Persons From Ukraine. The Measure Shall Provide Assistance With The Aim Of Participants Obtaining And/Or Retaining The Paid Work. The Aim Is To Get Participants To Work Quickly. Relevant Participants Are Persons Who Need A More Comprehensive Follow-Up Assistance Than The Norwegian Labour And Welfare Administration Can Offer. Mainly, The Participant Group Consists Of Displaced Persons From Ukraine. Participants Have Different Individual Needs, And There Will Be A Large Variation In The Participant Group Connected To Norwegian Abilities, Formal Competence, Work Experience, Education Level, Digital Competence, Network And Social Skills, As Well As Different Health Challenges. For Some Participants, These Challenges Will Apply Simultaneously And Mutually Affect Each Other. If It Is Deemed Appropriate, The Measure Could Also Be Used For Other Minority Groups With Equivalent Need For Follow-Up. For Example, Polish, Bulgarian, Romanian And Hungarian Citizens. These Will Not Have Participated In The Introduction Program, But Will Benefit From The Initiatives Other Content Directed At A Minority Group.
