The Scope Of The Public Procurement Includes The Following Main Activities: Design And Preparation Of Documents For The Issuance Of A Construction Permit; Construction; Carrying Out Author Supervision And Preparation Of Executive Documentation. The Project And Construction Works Cover The Yastrebovo - Vetovo Section As Follows: - For The Railway And Facilities Part: From Km 22+502 (End Of The Already Renewed Section) To Km 33+780 (20 M Before Arrow #2 At Vetovo Station) With A Total Length Of 11,278 M; - For The Contact Network Part: From Air Gap With Sectioning At Yastrebovo Station To Air Gap With Sectioning At Vetovo Station; - For The Signaling And Telecommunications Part: From Km 22+502 (End Of Already Renewed Section) To Km 33+780 (20 M Before Arrow #2 At Vetovo Station) With A Total Length Of 11,278 M. Design And Preparation Of Documents For Issuing A Building Permit: The Project Must Be Developed In The Working Project Phase, In Its Full Volume, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority And The Regulatory Framework, And To Contain At Least The Following Parts: Geology; Geodesy; Railway With The Following Sub-Parts: Rehabilitation Of The Railway By Axis And Level, Lower Construction, Upper Construction And Earthworks, Drainage, Facilities, Unguided Rail Track, Shunting And Gauge; Contact Network; Signalling And Telecommunications; Quantified Accounts; Occupational Safety And Health Plan; Waste Management Plan. Fire Safety The Design Activities Also Include The Preparation Of Documents For The Purpose Of Issuing A Building Permit, As Well As The Preparation Of Documentation For Assessing Its Compliance With The Essential Requirements For Construction. The Clients Requirements For The Work Project Are Described In Appendix #1 To The Technical Specification - Design Requirements. Construction And Related Activities: The Activity Includes The Execution Of Construction And Installation Works (Cmp) Provided For In The Railway Project And Facilities, Contact Network And Systems For Signaling And Telecommunications; Supply And Installation Of The Intended Equipment And Materials, Conducting Functional Tests And 72-Hour Samples In Operational Conditions Of Signaling And Telecommunications Systems And The Contact Network; Training.
