The Procurement Procedure Organized By The Contracting Authority Has As Its Object The Awarding Of The Contract For Updating/Elaborating The Feasibility Study And Award Documentation For The Closure And Greening Of The Non-Compliant Hazardous Industrial Waste Deposit In The Town Of Dolea, Suplacu De Barcău Commune, Bihor County, According To The Specifications. The Specific Objectives Of This Service Contract Are: The Specific Objectives Of This Service Contract Are:  Feasibility Study Updating/Elaboration Services, Updating And Elaborating The Technical-Economic Documentation - Design Theme, Specialized Studies/Investigation In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Legislation In Force And Providing Assistance In The Procedures For Obtaining All The Necessary Authorizations And Approvals;  Elaboration Of The Award And Support Documentation During The Public Procurement Procedures For The Contracts Necessary For The Implementation Of The Project. In Order To Achieve The Specific Objectives Of The Service Contract, The Provider Will Perform The Following:  Conducting High Quality And Accurate Studies And Analyzes That Will Facilitate The Updating/Elaboration Of The Feasibility Study, The Updating/Elaboration Of The Technical-Economic Documentation Appropriate To The Projects Objective And In Accordance With The Legal Provisions And European Standards In Force;  Updating/Elaborating The Technical-Economic Documentation, Which Allows Easy Obtaining Of The Necessary Authorizations And Approvals For The Rapid Execution Of The Works;  Obtaining All Necessary Authorizations And Approvals;  The Proper Conduct Of Procurement Procedures For The Implementation Of The Project.
