1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of An Investment Task Called: Removal Of Acceptance And Warranty Defects Of Completed Construction Works Regarding The Thermal Modernization Of Primary School No. 1 At Ul. Gojawiczyńska 10 In Gdańsk - (Part No. 2) - Other Construction And Sanitary Works Within The Facility.2. The Purpose Of The Order Is To Remove Acceptance And Warranty Defects Of Faulty Construction Works Performed By The Contractor Of The Thermal Modernization Of The Facility. Part No. 2 Of The Task Requires The Removal Of Acceptance And Warranty Defects Related To Improperly Performed Sanitary And General Construction Works Within The Facility. Part No. 1 Of The Task Included The Removal Of Acceptance And Warranty Defects On The Roofs In Order To Protect The Facility Against Degradation Due To Leaking Roof Slopes And Improper Drainage Of Water From The Roofs.3. The Material Scope Of The Order Includes All Works, Activities And Construction Works Constituting The Removal Of Acceptance And Warranty Defects Of The Thermal Modernization Of The Facility Completed In 2023. Part No. 2 Includes Sanitary And General Construction Works Within The Facility, Including In Particular The Following Elements: 1) Demolition, Dismantling And Preparatory Works; 2) Insulation Works; 3) Construction And Assembly Works; 4) Installation Works: Sanitary; 5) Installation Works: Electrical And Telecommunications. Moreover, If In Order To Perform The Works Falling Within The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract It Will Be Necessary To Perform Other Activities, Submit Notifications Or Obtain Decisions And Permits, The Contractor Will Perform These Activities, Submit Notifications And Obtain The Necessary Decisions And Permits At Its Own Expense And Effort. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Not Obliged To Obtain A Permit To Use The Construction Facilities Covered By The Subject Of The Order Or To Notify The Construction Supervision Authority About The Completion Of Construction.4. The Detailed Scope Of The Order And The Terms Of Implementation Were Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz. The Remaining Conditions For The Execution Of The Contract Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz.
