1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In Thermal Modernization Of The Building Of The Secondary School Complex In Gryfino At Ul. Łużycka 91, On Plot 236/5, R. Gryfino 5, Including Replacement Of External Joinery, Mechanical Ventilation, Replacement Of Lighting, Installation Of A Pv Installation, Along With Accompanying And Reconstruction Works. The Investment Is Co-Financed Under Investment: B1.1.3. Thermal Modernization Of Educational Institutions Of The National Recovery And Resilience Plan. The Contractor Undertakes To Comply With The Principles Of Eu Policies That Are Binding On It, Including Regulations On Environmental Protection And The Implementation Of The Dnsh Principle, Meaning The Principle Of Do No Significant Harm Within The Meaning Of Art. 17 Regulation (Eu) 2020/852 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council. Construction Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Dnsh.1.1 Principle. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz, The Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz And The Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz. The Bills Of Quantities Constituting Part Of The Design Documentation (Annex No. 10 To The Swz) Constitute Auxiliary Materials For Preparing The Offer. Therefore, The Bill Of Quantities Cannot Constitute The Basis For Any Claims Of The Contractor Against The Ordering Party, Both At The Stage Of The Public Procurement Procedure And Later During The Performance Of The Contract. The Binding Document Is The Design Documentation.
