The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of The Investment In The Design And Build System: Reconstruction Of The Bridge On The Watercourse On Plot No. 46 On The Municipal Road On Plot No. 266, No. 273 At Km 0+044 In Różanka. 2. As Part Of The Investment, It Is Planned To Remove The Deck Slab, Clean The Steel Beams And Repaint Them. Forging The Upper Part Of The Abutments Into The Concrete Part, Constructing A New Reinforced Concrete Superstructure Along With Bearing Blocks. Construction Of Wings On The Southern Side To Stabilize The Slope And Prevent Washing Out In The Event Of Another Flood. The Slopes In The Immediate Vicinity Were Intended For Profiling And Strengthening With Prefabricated Elements. As A Result Of The Investment, The Winter Lighting Of The Facility Will Not Change.3. Design Documentation Includes Preparation Of Simplified Documentation And Notification Of Construction Works Pursuant To Art. 7 Section 2 Points 1) Act Of 11 August 2001 On Special Rules For The Reconstruction, Renovation, Reconstruction And Demolition Of Buildings Destroyed Or Damaged As A Result Of Natural Disasters.4. The Declaration Will Be Prepared In Two Identical Copies, One For The Contractor And The Ordering Party, And Attached To The Offer. 7.1.4. The Contractors Costs Related To Participation In The On-Site Visit Will Be Borne By The Contractor.7.1.5.
