The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Following Investment In The Design And Build System: Reconstruction Of The Bridge On The Road On Plots No. 262, No. 385, No. 168 At Km 0+041 In Boboszów In The Design And Build System2. As Part Of The Investment, Partial Demolition Of The Front Walls And Their Reconstruction Are Planned, Along With The Construction Of A Connecting Cap Made Of Reinforced Concrete, Forming And Strengthening The Slopes In Front Of And Behind The Facility. As A Result Of The Investment, The Horizontal And Vertical Light Of The Facility (Currently Ø150cm) Will Not Change.3. Design Documentation Includes Preparation Of Simplified Documentation And Notification Of Construction Works Pursuant To Art. 7 Section 2 Points 1) Act Of 11 August 2001 On Special Rules For The Reconstruction, Renovation, Reconstruction And Demolition Of Buildings Destroyed Or Damaged As A Result Of Natural Disasters.4. It Is A Rope Facility Along Internal Municipal Roads No. 262 And 385.5. The Template Of The Declaration On Carrying Out A Site Visit Is Annex No. 8 To The Swz. The Declaration Will Be Prepared In Two Identical Copies, One For The Contractor And The Ordering Party, And Attached To The Offer. 7.1.4. The Contractors Costs Related To Participation In The On-Site Visit Will Be Borne By The Contractor.7.1.5.
