The Subject Of The Order Includes The Preparation Of Comprehensive Design Documentation And The Implementation Of Construction Works According To The Documentation Developed For The Task Entitled: Revitalization Of Public Space In The Very Center Of Namysłów. The Scope Of The Order Includes, Among Others: 1. Development Of Design Documentation Preparation Of Comprehensive Design Documentation Necessary For The Implementation Of The Task, Along With Obtaining On Behalf Of The Ordering Party All Opinions, Arrangements, Permits And Administrative Decisions Required By Law, Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Investment, Including In Particular: Arrangements With Network Operators, Conservation Arrangements (If Applicable), Obtaining Administrative Decisions Required By Law, In Particular In The Scope Of Obtaining A Final Building Permit Or A Certificate Of No Objection To The Notification Of Construction Works, Development And Agreeing On Temporary Traffic Organization - If It Is Necessary To Introduce It For The Duration Of The Works. The Contractor Is Obliged, Within 30 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract, To Submit To The Ordering Party For Approval A Preliminary Concept Together With Visualizations For Each Designed Location, Whereby: The Visualizations Should Clearly And Clearly Present The Proposed Architectural And Functional Solutions, A Minimum Of 2 Shots Should Be Taken For Each Location, The Visualizations Must Be Consistent With The Developed Design Concept And Take Into Account Actual Field Conditions. 2.
