The Subject Of The Order Is The Task Titled: Profiling Service Of Municipal Roads Using A Grader In The Chełm Commune In 2026 - In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And Technical Knowledge. The Scope Of Work Includes Grading And Profiling Of Dirt Roads In The Chełm Commune With A Mechanical Grader, With A Cross-Section Of The Road Ensuring Water Runoff. The Basic Subject Of The Order Covers The Operation Of The Grader For An Estimated Amount Of Approximately 2,500 Hours Throughout The Chełm Commune In 2026. The Number Of Working Hours Of The Grader Is An Estimate. Pursuant To The Content Of Art. 433 Points 4) Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Indicates That The Minimum Amount Of Service For The Basic Scope Is: 1,500 Hours. In Order To Ensure Proper Performance Of The Task, The Contractor Should Have A Device Designed And Intended For Road Works With A Blade Width Enabling Adequate Setting Of The Working Plane And Profiling Of The Given Road Surface Slopes. The Service Will Be Provided Upon Request Of The Ordering Party By Telephone. The Services Will Be Provided According To The Instructions Issued By The Ordering Party, Within The Dates Set By Him. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide Efficient Equipment With Operator Support At The Place Of Work, To Provide Its Own Repair And Overhaul Services During The Implementation And Works, And To Supply Fuel And Consumables As Part Of The Basic Remuneration. The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Cost Of Transport Of The Equipment And Operator To The Site Of The Works Is Provided By The Contractor, It Will Not Be Settled Additionally And Should Be Included In The Price Of The Basic Remuneration. The Ordering Party Does Not Provide Protection For Equipment Left After Working Hours. Services In Individual Places, On Individual Roads, Will Be Implemented Successively According To The Needs Of The Ordering Party And The Capabilities Of The Contractor, In Accordance With The Instructions Issued By The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Will Inform The Contractor About The Date Of Completion Of The Works And The Location By Phone Or In Writing. Road Grading And Profiling Will Be Settled On A Machine-Hourly Basis. The Basis For Settling The Works Will Be The Gross Price For One Hour Of The Graders Operation. The Contractor Carrying Out The Task Of Leveling And Profiling Dirt Roads With A Grader Is Responsible For The Technical Condition And Safe Functioning Of The Users Of The Profiled Roads And Bears All Costs And Consequences Resulting From Failure To Meet The Above Requirements. The Contractor Is Liable For Damages To Employees, Third Parties And Others Arising In Connection With The Works. Settlement For The Service Will Be Based On The Prices Specified In The Offer Form. Each Service Must Be Confirmed By Persons Designated By The Ordering Party On The Equipment Work Card Document Issued By The Contractor.
