The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction Of The Roof And The Construction And Reconstruction Of Technical Installations In The Building Of The Pawiak Prison Museum (The Ordering Partys Department) Located At Ul. Dzielna 24/26 In Warsaw. The Scope Of The Order Also Includes The Purchase Of The Necessary Materials For Their Implementation, Their Delivery To The Work Site, Organization Of Work, Tidying Up The Area After The Works, Waste Management In A Manner Consistent With Applicable Law, As Well As Securing The Workplace. The Order In Question Includes In Particular The Reconstruction Of The Roof Covering And The Construction And Reconstruction Of Existing Technical Installations, Including: A) Replacement Of The Existing Roof Covering - Dismantling The Existing Roofing Felt And Making A New Covering Made Of Thermally Welded Felt, Along With The Implementation Of New Sheet Metal Flashings, B) Replacement Of The Central Heating Installation. With A New One Together With Radiators, C) Replacement Of Cold And Hot Water Installations, D) Replacement Of The Ventilation Installation With A Supply And Exhaust Ventilation System Equipped With A Heat Recovery System And An Electric Heater, E) Replacement Of The Sanitary Sewage Installation, F) Replacement Of The Roof Drainage Installation, G) Dismantling The Existing Electrical Installation And Installing A New One, H) Dismantling The Existing One And Installing A New Telecommunications Installation, I) Constructing A Bathroom For Disabled People And An Additional Room And Vestibule, J) Bricking Up Part Of The Window And Replacing It, K) Making 3 Installation Culverts At The Main Entrance To The Building,
