The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Installation Of A Brand New Wireless Conference System For Conducting Discussions, Recording And Transmitting Proceedings, Allowing For Organizing Meetings By Giving Voice To Participants. The Set Will Be Used In The Ordering Partys Conference Room To Conduct City Council Sessions And To Conduct Other Meetings And Training. The Ordering Party Has 100V Technology Speakers Built Into The Ceiling, Connected Into Four Circuits (Zones) With A Power Of 45W/100V Each And Expects Them Use. The Ordering Party Requires That The Subject Of The Order (Agreement), I.E. A Wireless Conference System, Include: 1) Conference Desks With Microphone Necks - 29 Pcs; 2) Batteries Dedicated To The Desks From Item A - 29 Pcs; 3) Conference System Controller - 1 Pc; 4) Charger Dedicated To Batteries - 1 Pc; 5) Wireless Access Point Compatible With The Controller Offered (By The Contractor) - Pcs. 1; 6) Short-Range Communication Cards - 29 Pcs; 7) High-Speed Ip Cameras - 2 Pcs; 8) Software Responsible For Integration - Pcs. 1 The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out All Configurations And Installations Of The Supplied Devices Necessary For The Operation Of The System. The Contractor Is Obliged To Launch And Demonstrate The Correct Operation Of The System. After Completing The Above-Mentioned, The Contractor Work Is Obliged To Train The Ordering Party (Max. 5 People) In The Practical Operation Of The Delivered Item.2.
