Tenders Are Invited For Preparation Of Design Documentation For The Task Entitled: Construction Of A Pedestrian And Bicycle Route Along The Provincial Road No. 530 On The Section Dobre Miasto - Głotowo

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design Documentation For The Task Titled: Construction Of A Pedestrian And Bicycle Route Along The Provincial Road No. 530 On The Section Dobre Miasto - Głotowo Along With Obtaining All Required Administrative Decisions, Permits, Opinions And Arrangements Necessary For The Implementation Of The Investment. 2. The Scope Of The Study Includes In Particular: 1) Construction Of A Section Of A Pedestrian And Bicycle Route With A Width Of Min. 2.5 M, With A Total Length Of Approx. 3600 M, With A Structure Reinforced Along Its Entire Length For Mechanical Traffic (Including Snow Throwers, Car Crossings On Exits) And Asphalt Surface, 2) Surface Drainage Of The Pedestrian And Bicycle Route To Existing Or Designed Ditches, 3) Construction Of Cable Street Lighting Along The Entire Length Of The Pedestrian And Bicycle Route, 4) Reconstruction Of Conflicts With The Existing Infrastructure Technical,5) Development And Implementation Of A Permanent Traffic Organization Project, Taking Into Account Facilities For People With Disabilities And Road Safety Devices (Brd).3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex No. 9 To The Swz. 4. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Prepared By Persons Who Have Valid Authorizations To Perform Independent Functions In The Construction Industry And Have A Valid Certificate Of Membership In The Relevant District Chamber Of Construction Engineers And The Chamber Of Architects.5. The Documentation Should Be Prepared In Accordance With Applicable Technical And Construction, Fire Protection And Sanitary Regulations, Polish Standards And Principles Of Technical Knowledge.6. The Scope Of The Order Also Includes Authors Supervision Over The Implementation Of Works Included In The Design Documentation As Part Of The Remuneration For Their Development.7. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Answer Questions Asked At The Stage Of The Public Procurement Procedure To Select The Contractor For Construction Works - Regarding Ambiguities In The Design Documentation And Introducing Changes To The Design Documentation (In Paper And Electronic Versions).8. The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractor, In The Developed Design Documentation Without Using Its Own Names, Defines The Properties Of The Materials And Devices Used Using Technical Features, While Complying With Polish Standards Transposing European Harmonized Standards (Without Providing Trademarks, Patents Or Origin) In A Manner Consistent With The Provisions Of The Public Procurement Law And The Act On Combating Unfair Competition.
