Tenders Are Invited For Successive Deliveries Of Crushed Stone And Its Installation In The City And The Grabów Nad Prosną Commune

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Crushed Granite Stone And Its Installation On Municipal Roads, Internal Roads And Municipal Areas Of The City And Commune Of Grabów Nad Prosną. 2. The Material Scope Covered By These Proceedings Includes Comprehensive Implementation Of The Delivery Item Consisting In The Delivery Of Crushed Stone And Its Installation, I.E., Among Others: 1) Delivery Of Crushed Stone To The Place Of Installation Indicated By The Ordering Party And Its Installation, Including Loading, Transport And Unloading; 2) Preparation Of The Work Site; 3) Securing The Work Area; 4) Profiling Of The Renovated Section Or Construction Of A Riverbed; 5) Even Spreading With Mechanical Profiling Over The Entire Width Of The Indicated Section With A Layer Thickness Agreed With The Ordering Party Or Filling In Local Losses, Filling In Individual Potholes Or Ruts; 6) Compaction, Rolling Of The Decomposed Aggregate To Obtain The Compaction Index. The Contractor Is Obliged To Estimate All Expenditure Necessary To Complete The Order, Including Preparation Of The Ground, Profiling Of The Renovated Section Or Drainage, As Well As Removal Or Management Of Excavated Material. When Estimating The Delivery Of Aggregates, The Contractor Should Include All Price-Related Elements In The Offer Price Of The Delivered Aggregate, I.E.: The Price Of Aggregates, Transport Of Aggregates To The Unloading Place Indicated By The Ordering Party In The City And Commune Of Grabów Nad Prosną And The Cost Of Installation. The Estimated Quantities Of Each Fraction Of Granite Aggregate Are: 1) Crushed Granite Fraction 0-31.5 - 2,052.00 Tons2) Crushed Granite Fraction 0-63 - 135.00 Tons Total Estimated Quantity Of Aggregate - 2,187.00 Tonsthe Quantities Indicated Above Are Not The Ordered Quantity But The Estimated Quantity As To The Total Weight And The Weight Of Individual Material Fractions Road. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Make Quantitative Shifts Between Types Of Specific Subject Of The Order. The Order Size May Be Reduced Depending On The Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Guarantees The Delivery Of At Least 80% Of The Above-Mentioned Total Weight Of Aggregate. Settlements For The Supply Of Aggregates Will Be Made In Accordance With The Quantity And Volume Of Deliveries Actually Made At The Request Of The Ordering Party During The Term Of The Contract, On The Terms Specified In The Draft Contractual Provisions. The Ordering Party Requires That The Delivered Aggregates Be Approved For Use In Road Construction And Have The Necessary Certificates And Approvals In Accordance With The Provisions Of Law. The Aggregate Cannot Be Weathered, It Must Be Suitable For A Frost-Resistant Layer. Admixtures Of Construction Aggregate Are Not Allowed.
