Scope Of The Subject Of The Order: The Subject Of The Order Is: 1) Purchase And Delivery To The Ordering Partys Office Of 220 Pieces Of Brand New Mobile Terminals (Devices) With A Mobile Device Management System (Mdm - Mobile Device Management), Hereinafter Referred To As Terminals Or Devices, 2) Coverage Of The Devices With Premium Service Care For A Period Of 36 Months (3 Years), In The Following Scope: A) Repair Or Replacement Of The Defective Device In The Event Of Material Defects Or Assembly, B) Servicing Of Devices Under The Conditions Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Terms Of Reference, Hereinafter Referred To As Swz, C) Support For The Delivered Mdm System Under The Conditions Specified In Annex No. 1 Swz.3) Purchase And Delivery To The Ordering Partys Office Of 20 Pieces Of Brand New Additional Batteries For Mobile Terminals (Devices) Referred To In Point 1 Above. 4) Purchase And Delivery To The Ordering Partys Office Of 5 Pieces Of Brand New Battery Chargers Referred To In Point. 3 Above. The Ordering Party Informs That The Basic Scope Covers 50 Devices (Including The Provision Of Services Referred To In Section 2 Above For This Number Of Devices) And 20 Pieces Of Brand New Batteries For Mobile Terminals (Devices) And 5 Pieces Of Brand New Chargers For The Above-Mentioned Devices. Batteries, While The Remaining 170 Terminals (Including The Provision Of Services Referred To In Section 2 Above For This Number Of Devices) Are Covered By The Option Right Referred To In Art. 441 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Above Means That The Ordering Party May Not Exercise The Option Right At All, Use It In Part Or In Full. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Additional Remuneration For Failure To Exercise, Partial Or Complete Exercise Of The Option Right, Apart From The Remuneration Being The Product Of The Unit Price Indicated By The Contractor In The Offer Form And The Actual Number Of Terminals Delivered And The Number Of Service Packages Referred To In Section 2 Above. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Required Service Conditions Are Included In Annex No. 1 To Swz.2. Place Of Delivery And Installation Of The Subject Of The Order: Mieskie Przedsiębiorstwo Cleaning Spółka Z O. O., Ul. Nowohucka 1, 31 - 580 Kraków.3. Quality Guarantee: The Contractor Will Ensure That The Equipment And Services Constituting The Subject Of The Order (Except For The Services Referred To In Section 1 Point 2 Of The Swz) Are Covered By A Quality Guarantee For A Period Of 12 Months (Counting From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol For The Subject Of The Order (A Given Tranche) On The Terms Specified In The Swz.4. Deadline For Completing The Subject Of The Order: 120 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract, With The Proviso That: 1. 50 Pieces Of Mobile Terminals Will Be Delivered By The Contractor By 30 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract (Tranche I)2. 20 Pieces Of Brand-New Batteries For Mobile Terminals (Devices) And 5
