The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Tires For Ambulances And Passenger Cars. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex No. 2 To The Terms Of Reference. The Subject Of The Order Is Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Brand New, Not Previously Used By Third Parties, In Particular It Was Not Used For Demonstration Purposes And Is Of Good Quality. It Has Also Not Been Previously Reconditioned. The Contractor Guarantees That The Offered Car Tires That Are The Subject Of The Order Meet The Technical And Quality Parameters Specified In The Polish Standards Transposing European Harmonized Standards. The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With All The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Indicated In The Tor. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit An Offer For The Entire Part, Including All Items Of The Part. Detailed Issues Regarding The Deadlines For The Implementation Of The Contract Are Regulated In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz.
